Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined for many reasons, please see below some common reasons, however if in doubt please contact your card provider, or Buy Now Pay Later service directly. 

 

  • Insufficient funds – Your card may be declined if you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account to process the transaction. 
  • Incorrect details – If any of the card details entered including, card number, CVC, name or address are incorrect your bank may automatically decline the transaction. 
  • Suspected fraud – If your bank suspects fraudulent activity it may automatically decline the transaction.
  • Expired card – If your card details have expired the bank may automatically decline the transaction.
