Why can't I access my course materials?

Data Circuit course materials are available at any time to learners through the Data Circuit mobile app.

For access issues during your course:

General course materials can be accessed throughout the duration of your course with the exception of any materials required to complete an assessment or project. Assessment or project materials will be made available while completing that specific module or section.

Only course materials from programmes or courses you have enrolled on will be available through the Data Circuit app. For support enrolling on additional programmes/courses please view this article.

For access issues following completion of your course:

If you purchased a monthly or annual subscription you will have access to all course materials studied through the Data Circuit app until the end of your subscription.

If you renew before the end of your subscription, you will retain access to all course materials previously studied until the end of your new subscription term.

If you renew after your current subscription ends, and require access to prior learning please contact us to discuss options and recovery.
