If you are experiencing issues logging in to your Data Circuit account please use the following steps to troubleshoot. 

 

  • Clear your cache and cookies in your browser window. 

 

  • If you have forgotten your password:

  • If you have forgotten the email address you used to sign-up:

Contact our customer support team for help locating your account through our ticket portal.

 

  • If you receive an error message ‘please, check your email or password’ either your password is incorrect, or your email address couldn’t be found in our server. 

 

If the email address is correct, please follow the password reset instructions in this article.
