How do I reset my password?

If you have lost your password, or your password has been compromised you can request a reset password email from the Data Circuit homepage.

Reset your password on a desktop or laptop device

1. On the Data Circuit home page click ‘Sign in/up’ at the top right of your browser.
2. Click ‘Forgot your password?’
3. Enter the email address you used to create your Data Circuit account. 
4. Click ‘OK’ to reset your password.
5. Open your inbox and follow the instructions in your password reset email to update your password. 

Please note, if you used Google or Facebook to create your account, this functionality will not be available, and you will need to reset your password through Google or Facebook support.
