I'm experiencing technical issues, what should I do?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the Data Circuit website, please try the following steps to troubleshoot your issues: 

  • View the Data Circuit status page and Help Center for any site-related issues.
  • Check that your device’s browser and operating system meet the Data Circuit System Requirements.
  • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
  • Access your account in a different browser. If the problem doesn’t occur, the issue is likely isolated to the first browser. If you contact us, please let us know which browsers you tried
  • Login to your account from a private or incognito window. An incognito window will turn off extensions and add-ons that may interfere with Data Circuit. If private browsing fixes the problem, continue following the steps below to resolve the issue for your browser.
  • Try to clear your cache and cookies. Be sure to restart your browser before trying again.
  • Disable browser extensions that might be interfering with your site
  • If you have other devices or connections available, such as another computer or wireless network, try logging in to your Data Circuit account from that device or network. If you don't have the same problem, the issue may be related to the first device or network.

 

For issues with the Data Circuit mobile app, please try the following steps to troubleshoot your issues:

  • Turn off your internet connection (as well as your mobile data signal) and turn it back on. 
  • Try restarting the Data Circuit app.
  • Turn off your device and restart it.
  • Delete the Data Circuit app from your device and reinstall it. Please note that any offline content you’ve saved from your courses will be removed completely after the app reinstallation. You will need to re-download the content once again.
